well kim, it basically shows that, although McCain claims to be for tax relief and says that Obama plans to tax the middle class, in actuality, McCain's tax plan would only help those who make over 200k/year, whereas Obama's plan would actually help those who need it, i.e. those who aren't millionaires already.
